Spanish 2: This week we learned about Possessive Adjectives and Pronouns. The class as a whole scored between 87-90% when we tested over this concept on Quizizz. Well done Spanish 2! We will deepen our knowlege of this grammar concept by learning the Stressed Form of Possessive Adjectives and Pronouns next week. We also reviewed vocabulary and celebrated Earth Day.
Spanish 1: This week students learned how to conjugate verbs with -AR endings. We have done Live lessons on Quizizz which give me immediate feedback. We have also learned two songs to help reinforce the concept including one that is sung to the tune of BINGO and another that is a rap that I wrote. What can I say? Hamilton inspired me! Students also had two opportunities (with unlimited attempts) to get the highest score possible while testing over the concept. Most students improved their score by a minimum of at least 3 points. We had a contest going between 5th hour and 7th hour to see who could get the highest class score.
German 2 and Japanese 2: Students are doing an amazing job of meeting and exceeding their time requirements. Steady as she goes students! I’m proud of your hard work!
Have a marvelous weekend everyone! I plan to go to the river again this weekend and fill my soul. What fun thing do you have planned?
