Week 25: January 25-29

ASL1: In class this week we studied Lesson 17 and then students signed the associated practice sheets for a grade. Here is a sample of some of the sentences signed.

06. YOUR FRENCH-FRIES, YOU SALT A-LOT? (Do you like a lot of salt on your French fries?)
07. FRENCH-TOAST, MAKE HOW? (How do you make French toast?)
08. GRAPES, YOU EAT HOW OFTEN YOU? (How often do you often eat grapes?)
09. SUPPOSE EAT EGG, LIKE KETCHUP YOU? (Do you like ketchup on your eggs?)

11. YOUR HOTDOG, WANT MUSTARD YOU? (Do you want mustard on your hotdog?)

ASL 2: Students continued independent practice and signed at least one story or set of practice sheets.
Spanish 2: We continued learning how to congugate regular, irregular and stem changing verbs in sentences while weaving them through the theme of hispanic artists and sculptors as well as art galleries and food found in Puerto Rican restaurants in Chicago.
Spanish 1: We are continuing work on describing others personalities, physical characteristics and what they wear. We also learned about Tejano Music and it’s roots this week.
German & Japanese: Students worked on Rosetta Stone for 30 mins. per day.
