Week 36: May 8-12

In ASL I, ASL II, Spanish I, Spanish II

Hello Families.

Spanish 1: This week in class we learned about comparative adjectives in Spanish that are used to make comparisons. These are words such as more than, less than, better than, worse than, older than, younger than, etc., but in Spanish. We also took a Quizizz over stem changing verbs and some Duolingo. Next week we will prep for the final.

Spanish 2: This week in class students learned about the Imperfect form of the past and compared it to the preterit form of the past. They had to analyze an origin story in Spanish to do so, and then summarize the story. They also completed Duolingo and a Quizizz on the reflexive, as well as a worksheet on the reflexive. Next week students will prep for their final.

ASL 1 & 2: This week in class students reviewed for the final and created 20 sentences to sign about their dream vacation. Each sentence had to contain a word that they have never signed before. Next week students will be picking a favorite song to sign by the end of the week.

Have a great weekend!
