Week 28: February 28 – March 4

In ASL I, ASL II, Spanish I, Spanish II

Hello Families,

I hope that you are all well and enjoying our beautiful Spring weather!

ASL 2: This week in class we completed and signed sentences with points of interest for Bhutan, Bosnia, Botswana, Brunei, and Bulgaria. We also studied Lesson 54 this week and many of the students have already signed the practice sentences. Next week we will complete 5 more country sentences and Lesson 55. There are a total of 60 lessons and when those are completed, we will review for the final and also complete some projects.

ASL 1: This week in class we completed receptive fingerspelling practice, review of practice sheets 1-23, and learned the Lesson 24 vocabulary and sentences. Next week we will complete Lesson 25 and do more review of previous lessons.

Spanish 2: This week in Spanish 2 we created a Quizlet for our new chapter and we also created a new word wall. The new chapter is all about seasons and weather. Next week we will be learning about direct object pronouns and the tener verb in idiomatic expressions.

Spanish 1: This week in Spanish 1 we completed Duolingo, Quizlet practice and chapter review. We will take our exam over the current chapter tomorrow. Next week we will begin a new chapter and will create a new Quizlet and a word wall.

Have a great weekend folks!
