Week 32: April 11-14
Hello Families. I hope you all had a good week this week and are ready to have some fun this weekend.
Spanish 2: This week in class students learned the Mexican Hat Dance! Many thanks to Mrs. McCollum who is our volunteer dance instructor extraordinaire! Students also worked on vocabulary in context and read a dialogue where they had to choose roles and then change roles and after that answer comprehension questions about what they read in Spanish. They also studied their Quizlets and completed a Quizlet Check Point which gave us a baseline to measure their vocabulary growth. Next week in class students will begin to plan their piñatas for Cinco de Mayo, learn to use possessive adjectives and pronouns and complete more work on the imperfect tense.
